How long is the shelf life of Fürst chocolates?
Our chocolate products are always made fresh and by hand in our own workshop using carefully-chosen natural ingredients.
Because we consciously refrain from the use of artificial preservatives, and because chocolate products are very sensitive to temperature, their shelf life is limited to 6 weeks.
Enjoy them when they are as fresh as possible!
What is the best way to store Fürst chocolate products?
Exceptionally high-quality chocolate must be handled with care. Store Fürst chocolate products in a cool, dry place between 14-18°C and avoid large temperature fluctuations.
Please do not put chocolate products in the refrigerator or near a heater.
If the chocolate is exposed to significant temperature fluctuations, it can become grey ("fat bloom"), which affects the chocolate's appearance.
When can chocolate products be ordered?
Orders can only be shipped during the cooler times of the year, from approximately September until approximately May. Because our chocolates are manufactured fresh without artificial preservatives, they are very temperature-sensitive.
Even on days which seem cool, the chocolate can be exposed to unfavourable fluctuations in temperature during transportation. For this reason, Cafe-Konditorei Fürst GmbH reserves the right to suspend orders on warmer days and to ship them only in appropriate temperature conditions.
Can I place my order by telephone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone or e-mail. For technical and data protection reasons we can only accept orders via our webshop. We ask for your understanding in this.

Payment upon invoice and cash in advance is not possible. Payment can only be made by credit card, PayPal or immediate transfer.

Yes. When you place your order, you can choose same or different billing and shipping addresses. The invoice is then sent to the e-mail address entered.
If you are placing a private order but would like it shipped to your work address, please note that you are required to enter the company name and address with the comment "attn. of Mr / Ms".
When entering the delivery address, please make sure that it is entered correctly and completely and please make sure that your letterbox or doorbell is clearly and legibly labelled.
